As a student of Marketing Communication and PR at Charles University in Prague I was a part of joint project between Charles University and University of Missouri (2007) concerning film promotion and distribution. Within this project I worked with students from both universities on marketing campaigns for the movie premieres of Penelope and Trade. Special attention was paid on marketing strategy development, partnership negotiation, setting up the film criteria and creative work.

 

This project resulted in other cooperation on marketing campaigns for the premieres of 30 Days of Night, Lust Caution and Eastern Promises.

 

In 2008 I drew from all these experiences in writing my bachelor thesis on Film Experience Marketing.
